IN2 Consult are partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in High Wycombe that is undergoing significant transformation. We are seeking a Project Accountant to play a pivotal role in delivering financial insight, driving systems change, and supporting key transformation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a business at the forefront of change, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver value and support business-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance lead on major change and transformation projects, providing insight, challenge, and financial analysis.
- Partner with operational and project teams to ensure financial rigour across business cases, project budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
- Drive process improvements and support the delivery of new systems and reporting tools.
- Provide financial governance and controls over transformation initiatives.
- Deliver clear and concise project reporting to senior stakeholders, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Work collaboratively with wider finance teams to embed best practice across reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to systems and change management.
- Strong technical finance skills, with the ability to provide financial insight on large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience with systems implementation or finance transformation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a business undergoing transformation.
