Your job is to find the talent that wins them. Day-to-day you'll be:

  • Mapping senior talent across the top 20 UK accountancy firms
  • Headhunting Directors, Senior Managers, and Partner-level professionals
  • Building long-term relationships with passive candidates
  • Conducting in-depth qualification calls and briefing candidates on confidential opportunities
  • Maintaining a live talent pipeline across Tax and Audit disciplines
  • Producing market intelligence and shortlists for client-facing colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or executive search) — ideally within professional services, finance, or accountancy
  • A genuine interest in research-led, relationship-driven recruitment over high-volume transactional work
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be representing IN2 to senior professionals
  • Curiosity, resilience, and the patience to play the long game on senior searches
  • Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team
  • Experience in Tax or Audit recruitment is a strong plus but not essential — we'll invest in the right person.
