IN2 Consult is hiring for a Junior Management Accountant who is actively studying ACCA or CIMA to work with a market leading client of ours based in Reading on a permanent basis. The client is an exciting business with multiple successful entities within the group, who now need additional support due to sustained growth.
The duties of the Junior Management Accountant role includes:
- Owning the Accounts Payable function - processing supplier invoices and payments, managing the AP inbox and resolving queries
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Preparing journals, prepayments and accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting month end processes
- Working closely with the Financial Controller to prepare management accounts
The successful Junior Management Accountant will:
- Be part qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or very advanced in the studies without exemptions)
- Have 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Have strong AP experience and have experience of assisting with management accounts / month end close
