IN2 Consult is seeking a fully Qualified Interim Financial Accountant to support a dynamic finance function within a complex, multi-entity EMEA environment. This role will focus on financial accounting, cost control (CODB), cost allocation, and VAT compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and journal postings.
  • Maintain and ensure integrity of the general ledger, including trial balance review and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee cost of doing business (CODB) processes, including cost centre reviews, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Manage intercompany recharges and allocations across EMEA entities, ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance.
  • Prepare and review VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and other indirect tax filings, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and system improvements within the finance function.

Key Requirements

  • ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant.
  • Strong experience in financial accounting within a multi-entity / EMEA environment.
  • Proven expertise in CODB, cost allocation, and cost centre management.
  • Hands-on experience with VAT returns and indirect tax compliance.
  • Advanced systems experience including SAP, Oracle, D365 or Similar.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
