The role is onsite 4 days per week and it is recommended you are able to drive as the office is not well linked to public transport.
The duties of the Senior Accounts Assistant role include:
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Processing employee expenses
- Weekly bank reconciliations within a group function
- Handling and resolving internal and external queries
- Assisting with year-end process
- Monitoring accounts receivable debt and following up on outstanding payments
The successful Senior Accounts Assistant will:
- Have strong experience in a similar role
- Have intercompany experience (beneficial)
