IN2 Consult have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing company based in Oxford on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid, please ensure you can commute to the Oxford area prior to applying.
The duties of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist role include:
- Match, batch and code high volumes of invoices
- Prepare and process regular payment runs
- Setting up new vendors
- Handling internal and external queries
- Assisting with prepaid cards - topping them up and reconciling them
The successful Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will:
- Have at least 3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Ideally have some form of leadership experience
- Have worked within a fast paced environment
- Hold an AAT qualified (preferred, not essential)
