We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organization supporting the recruitment of a fully qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team in Little Chalfont.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in supporting financial decision-making within a dynamic and evolving business environment. As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, working closely with operational teams, and playing a key role in both day-to-day finance and strategic growth planning.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus a competitive benefits package, based in Central London with a flexible hybrid working model.
Core responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc sales invoices using till reports within Xero accounting software.
- Assist with finance-related queries and tasks as needed.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and support follow-up processes with the Accounts Coordinator.
- Handle billing enquiries, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Lead the month-end process and P&L preparation for operational reviews, supported by the Head of Finance.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Generate and deliver weekly financial reports for operational leadership.
- Assist in setting up new locations, including establishing payment systems and merchant accounts.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Motivated to grow professionally and add value to the finance team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, BI tools, and adaptable to finance software (experience with Xero is a plus).
