About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations across various accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support audits and provide detailed documentation as required.

About You

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in account reconciliations and management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
