iN2 Consult is partnering with a growing and well-regarded firm looking to appoint a Corporation Tax Manager to join its specialist Property Tax team. This is a client-facing role working with a diverse portfolio of property businesses including owner-managed companies, property investment and development groups, and real estate funds.
The Role
- Manage corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of property clients, including complex groups
- Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members
- Deliver advisory work across structuring, restructures and group reorganisations
- Advise on Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR), withholding taxes, acquisitions and disposals
- Prepare and review tax input into due diligence reports
- Identify tax planning opportunities and risk areas
- Manage billing and monitor work in progress
- Line manage and develop junior staff
- Support business development and attend sector networking events

- Professionally qualified (ACA / CTA / ACCA preferred)
- Strong corporation tax experience within practice
- Property sector exposure highly desirable
