The Opportunity
As a Partner in the Real Estate sector of the business, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving audit quality, client relationships, and strategic growth across key clients in the Real Estate Industry. You'll work closely with fellow Partners and senior leadership to deliver high-impact assurance services, shape the firm's audit strategy, and strengthen its market reputation as a trusted adviser to regulated clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a portfolio of high-profile audit clients.
- Provide strategic direction and ensure delivery of high-quality, risk-focused audits.
- Drive business development and client acquisition.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire senior audit teams.
- Contribute to firm-wide leadership and thought leadership in the FS audit market.
- Engage with regulators, boards, and audit committees to uphold transparency and trust.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record at Partner or Director level within a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm.
- Deep expertise in Financial Services audit, ideally with regulated entities.
- Commercially astute, with strong leadership and business development skills.
- Collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
