A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Advisory Partner to join its London office. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering high-quality technical accounting advice, leading complex client engagements, and driving the continued growth of the firm’s advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver financial accounting advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed and large private companies.
- Provide technical accounting guidance across IFRS and UK GAAP, including complex transactions (M&A, restructuring, IPO readiness).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at C-suite level.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple engagements.
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
