Chief Accounting Officer – London – Permanent – Up to £200,000 + 50% Bonus
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Accounting Officer to join a highly profitable, rapidly growing FinTech business based in London on a permanent basis.

Role Overview
The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) will lead all accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a proven CAO with deep experience in US public company environments and SaaS/software businesses.

Duties

Lead the global accounting and financial reporting function

Ensure compliance with all US public company accounting and reporting standards

Drive process improvements and scale accounting operations as the company grows

Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and business planning

Oversee audit processes and maintain strong relationships with auditors and investors

Provide hands‐on leadership and mentorship to the finance team

Successful CAO

Have experience of working within either FinTech, SaaS or a subscription based business

Held a position of CAO / same level previously

Led accounting for an organization with US listing/IPO experience (ideally $5bn+ valuation)

Have strong US experience – US IPO listings
