IN2 Consult is currently partnering with a leading firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while driving compliance, advisory, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.
- Manage a substantial client portfolio including onboarding, engagement, billing, recoveries, and cash collection.
- Support senior leadership (Associate Directors, Directors, Partners) with client delivery and wider team management.
- Oversee and review work carried out by junior staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and support.
- Lead ad hoc projects and special assignments as required.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues, adapting communication style for different audiences.
- Contribute to process improvements, champion change, and challenge existing practices where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and flag potential risks appropriately.
- Take ownership of personal development and continuing professional education with a view to career progression.
What We’re Looking For
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of corporation tax, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
- Strong expertise in tax accounting and group tax audits.
- Proven project and staff management experience.
- Track record of profitable portfolio management, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience working with client senior management and key stakeholders.
- CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent), with demonstrable post-qualified experience.
- A collaborative leader who can support, mentor, and develop others.
- Proactive in driving improvements and championing best practice.
