My PE backed client are looking for an experienced and highly skilled finance analyst / manager to join their dynamic and growing commercial finance team. This role is key to supporting business operations, driving performance improvements, and providing actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and manage a comprehensive suite of financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making and align financial strategies with broader business goals.
- Own the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, with a focus on streamlining reporting and enhancing financial analysis capabilities.
- Develop and present detailed business cases and financial models for key strategic initiatives and investments.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reviews, including variance analysis, risk management, and cash flow projections.
- Support senior leadership with financial insight, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks while maximising growth opportunities.
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role. Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership, presenting complex financial information in a clear, actionable way. Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills, with experience working across large, complex business environments. Familiarity with reporting tools and financial systems (e.g., Excel, Anaplan, or similar). Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) or equivalent relevant experience.
