IN2 Consult is supporting a key client on the search of an experienced Power BI UX/UI specialist to transform and elevate the user experience of our dashboards and reports. This role will focus on improving usability, navigation, and visual clarity across both existing and new Power BI assets, ensuring that non-technical stakeholders can easily interpret data and make informed decisions. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong balance of technical Power BI expertise and user-centered design thinking, with a particular focus on executive-level reporting and data storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop intuitive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Review and enhance existing dashboards to improve usability, navigation, and performance
  • Apply UX/UI best practices, including layout design, accessibility, and interaction patterns
  • Establish and maintain consistent visual themes, branding, and design standards
  • Translate complex data into clear, engaging data stories using appropriate visuals and layouts
  • Optimise report performance, responsiveness, and load times
