  • Strong understanding of crypto and digital asset ecosystems , including custody models, blockchain audit risks, and valuation challenges.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UK GAAP , with the ability to apply complex standards to novel digital asset scenarios.
  • Proven ability to win and grow audit mandates , with a commercial mindset and a history of delivering revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial energy — with the credibility to influence both clients and regulators in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Package & Progression

  • Base salary up to £300,000 , depending on experience.
  • Partner profit share / equity track for top performers.
  • Comprehensive executive benefits, including healthcare, pension, and hybrid working.
  • A platform to shape a pioneering digital audit practice , with influence across the firm’s UK and global network.
