IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Accounting Officer to join a highly profitable, rapidly growing FinTech business based in London on a permanent basis.

Role Overview

The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) will lead all accounting operations and financial reporting. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a proven CAO with deep experience in US public company environments and SaaS/software businesses.

Duties

  • Lead the global accounting and financial reporting function
  • Ensure compliance with all US public company accounting and reporting standards
  • Drive process improvements and scale accounting operations as the company grows
  • Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and business planning
  • Oversee audit processes and maintain strong relationships with auditors and investors
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to the finance team

Successful CAO

  • Have experience of working within either FinTech, SaaS or a subscription based business
  • Held a position of CAO / same level previously
  • Led accounting for an organization with US listing/IPO experience (ideally $5bn+ valuation)
  • Have strong US experience – US IPO listings
