I’m currently partnering with a growing business that is looking to hire an FP&A Analyst into their London-based finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in Management Accounts or Finance Analysis who is looking to step into a more commercial, forward-looking FP&A role with strong exposure to stakeholders across the business.
You’ll be working closely with a Senior FP&A Manager and supporting key areas such as:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- KPI and performance analysis
- Business partnering with operational and regional teams
- Financial modelling and commercial insight
- Supporting investment analysis and fixed asset tracking
There’s also a great opportunity to get involved in systems and data, including Power BI and SQL, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to develop their technical skillset further.
What I’m looking for:
- Experience in a Management Accounts, Finance Analyst, or FP&A role
- Strong Excel skills and a good grasp of financial reporting
- Confident communicator who can engage with non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, ambitious, and keen to learn
- Any exposure to Power BI / SQL would be a bonus (not essential)
The business is going through an exciting period of growth, so there’s plenty of opportunity to develop and progress internally.
If this sounds of interest (or you’d just like to hear a bit more), feel free to drop me a message or apply directly.
