IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work with a brilliant client of ours based in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. The role is onsite 5 days per week and has free onsite parking.

The duties of the Accounts Assistant role includes:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Handling and resolving queries
  • Assisting with accounts receivable invoice postings
  • Supporting on any month end queries from an Accounts Payable perspective

The successful Accounts Assistant will:

  • Have 2 years or more Accounts Payable experience
  • Be willing to go to the office 5 days per week
