We're working with a growing organisation that is looking for an experienced Data & Insight Manager / Business Insights Manager to join their expanding data and insights function.
This is a highly visible role supporting a major consumer-facing environment, where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable insight, shape strategy and improve commercial performance.
This isn't a role purely focused on reporting.
You'll be expected to understand the wider business, challenge thinking and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
The Role
As the Business Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into meaningful data and insight requirements.
- Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, turning findings into commercially relevant recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality, customer-focused dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, helping stakeholders understand what the data means and, importantly, what they should do with it.
- Supporting the development of the wider data and insight strategy, helping the business make better use of its data.
- Working across multiple data sources to build a clear picture of performance and identify actionable insight.
- Taking ownership of data-led projects from initial requirements and analysis through to final output and implementation.
