The role
- Lead a high-quality audit portfolio and act as RI on complex engagements
- Win new work and turn your network into a pipeline
- Build long-term, board-level client relationships
- Develop Directors and Senior Managers into the firm's next leaders
- Help shape the firm's market positioning and growth plans
What you'll bring
- RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience
- Already a Partner, or a Director ready to be promoted now
- Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP and IFRS
- A proven record of winning work and managing client relationships
- Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams
