Junior Multimedia Specialist

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and storytelling? IN2 is looking for a Junior Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start their career in multimedia and design.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts across multiple platforms.
• Design weekly visual reporting materials.
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals.
• Work within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
• Work with a range of AI tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team from pre-production through post-production.
• Ensure visual consistency across all IN2 content and campaigns.
• Coordinate with senior production and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and industry developments.
• Juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.
• Understanding and having an interest in using and exploring different AI tools
• Strong graphic design foundation; video editing and motion design knowledge a plus.
• Highly creative with a growth mindset, adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Interest in global affairs and openness to regional travel.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply!
• Native/fluent English speaker. An additional language is beneficial but not essential.
• Must have UK work permit/residency secured or be a UK national.
