The Role
Based out of an operations base in Hampshire with site visits across the UK, you will serve as the lead technical authority on live integrations.
You'll partner closely with experienced Project Managers while dealing face-to-face with client project teams and commissioning engineers.
Beyond on-site execution, you will be the final 3rd line escalation point for the internal engineering team, tackling high-level control, DSP, and IP networking challenges that require a true specialist.
What You Need
Control Systems: Deep, hands-on programming, setup, and diagnostic skills with Crestron and Extron platforms.
Audio Systems & DSPs: Expert configuration and design experience with Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and commercial background music (BGM) setups.
AVo IP & Networks: Real-world knowledge of audio/video over IP (Dante, AES67, Q-SYS) along with solid core networking skills (VLANs, multicast, Qo S).
System-Level Thinking: A solid track record of delivering proper integration builds where you can fault-find and optimise at a complete system level.
