We are working with a well-established AV integrator that specialises in high-end residential AV, IT, home cinema and automation projects. They deliver bespoke systems across Surrey, Kent, London and occasionally overseas, including luxury residential properties and prestigious international projects. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced AV Engineer or a junior engineer who is keen to develop within the high-end residential AV market.

The role will involve installing, commissioning and supporting premium AV, IT, home cinema and control systems. You will work closely with project managers, designers and clients to ensure systems are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission AV, IT and home cinema systems across high-end residential projects
  • Work with control and automation systems, including Crestron and similar platforms
  • Carry out diagnostics, fault finding, maintenance and technical support
  • Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics and technical documentation
  • Liaise professionally with clients, project managers and internal teams
  • Keep accurate records of system information and project documentation
  • Travel to sites across Surrey, Kent, London and occasionally overseas
Requirements
  • Experience in AV installation, ideally within residential or home cinema environments
  • Junior candidates with a strong interest in AV technology will also be considered
  • Good IT and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Crestron or similar automation systems would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, client-facing communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
  • High-end residential AV installations
  • Marine AV or superyacht project experience
  • CEDIA, CTS or manufacturer-specific training
