I am working with a fast‑growing audio‑visual systems integrator (now circa 45 people) with a busy pipeline of high‑end projects across the UK and Europe. The culture here is excellent, with sales, delivery, and engineering actually backing each other up and making a point of celebrating their wins together.
The Role

Your time will be split between hands‑on technical work and project closure:
- Commissioning and Testing (90%): Full on‑site commissioning, advanced configuration, off‑site testing, troubleshooting, clear reporting, and client training.
- Reporting and Management (10%): Vetting closure reports, managing 'as‑built vs. as‑drawn' updates, and attending monthly improvement and team meetings.
- Ad‑Hoc: Van and equipment stock management, scheduling office days, and maintaining file structure/revision control.
What you will need
- At least 4 years of solid audio‑visual industry experience.
- Strong DSP programming skills (Biamp, Polycom, Extron, Crestron, or Shure).
- AVIXA CTS certification is essential (CTS‑I is a bonus).
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and problem‑solve on‑site without walking away from a challenge.
- A clean driving licence.
- Desirable: Crestron P101/P102, QSC, Extron, or control system programming skills.
On offer
- Circa £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary
