IN2 AV is working on behalf of a leading Surrey-based AV integrator looking for a skilled professional to lead installations, program Control4 systems, and ensure seamless project delivery. If you have strong networking knowledge, hands-on AV experience, and a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.
The Role:
- Oversee smart home and AV installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Program and commission Control4 systems, integrating lighting, security, and entertainment.
- Configure and troubleshoot networks, VLANs, routers, and switches for seamless connectivity.
- Install and integrate Lutron, Rako, Control4, and Crestron systems for lighting, security, and multi-room AV solutions.
- Lead installation teams, provide technical support, and ensure top-quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide client training upon handover.
- Diagnose and resolve AV, lighting control, and smart home integration issues on-site and remotely.
What You Need:
- Control4 Programming experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of networking, VLANs, IP configuration, and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AV and smart home automation (lighting control, security, and multi-room AV).
- Knowledge of Lutron, Rako, and Crestron (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across London & the Southeast.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
