START DATE: LATE JANUARY / EARLY FEBRUARY 2025 IN YOUR DREAMS are looking for a proactive, connections-driven, commercially astute Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager to lead our event production and partnerships. If you’re passionate about the beauty and fashion scene, love spotting fresh opportunities, and have an eye for bringing big ideas to life in a hands-on way, this role is for you. This role is perfect for someone who knows the industry inside and out, thrives on building relationships with top brands, and can handle every detail of event production like a pro. What you\’ll be doing day to day 1-Proactively Sourcing High-Profile Partnerships Actively scout and pitch for new partnership opportunities with leading brands in beauty and fashion. Keep a close watch on event calendars, industry launches, and trending venues to jump on timely, high-impact partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with top brands, influencers, and collaborators, positioning IN YOUR DREAMS as the go-to team for unique, memorable experience 2-Talent Scouting & Event Staffing Find and onboard standout beauty talent—from makeup artists and nail experts to hairstylists and beyond—to keep our events cutting-edge. 3-Bringing Events to Life Take the lead on event production from start to finish, including brainstorming ideas, planning logistics, and hands-on execution with the help of our wider team. Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and creative partners to bring each event to life exactly as envisioned. Keep budgets and timelines on track, ensuring our events are delivered on time, on budget, and with style. 4-Managing Client Relationships Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their brand vision comes through at each event. Gather feedback post-event and work to continuously elevate our offerings and approach. Who You Are: Experienced in event planning or a similar role, with a strong background in beauty and/or fashion. High standards and strong attention to detail A natural relationship builder who can pitch ideas and build rapport with top-tier clients and brands. Super organised, able to juggle multiple projects, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, creative environment. Excited to work in a small team where everyone shares responsibility and is happy to be hands-on Flexible and willing to travel to events or work outside of traditional hours to make things happen. Nice-to-Haves: Creative; balanced with an analytical and logistical mind Highly connected in the beauty and fashion industry, with a talent for spotting high-profile partnership opportunities. A passion for industry trends and the drive to create buzzworthy, brand-defining experiences.
