As Lead Student Support and DDSL, you’ll be a calm, consistent presence across the school, supporting students with SEND through targeted pastoral interventions and day-to-day behaviour support.
You’ll also guide the work of Teaching Assistants, build positive relationships with families and play a key role in safeguarding as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Working from a trauma-informed and relational approach, you’ll help students navigate challenges, repair relationships and stay connected to learning.
