The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Ownership for the planning and forecasting of assigned categories and ensuring stock holding is in line with agreed targets, WSSI management and escalation of issues to management.
Critical path management
You will take ownership of the Critical path for your area to ensure that the stock arrives in time for launch, proactively seeking solutions for any issues which may arise. You will work closely with logistics & the warehouse team to ensure a smooth transition of stock from supplier to site.
Product performance
Review & monitor daily/weekly sales proactively making trading decisions such as rebuys, markdowns & promotional plans. Work closely with other functions across the business to implement trading actions such as buying & marketing.
Range plans
Our products are critical to our success, you will work with our buying & design team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.
Team support
You will report directly into the Senior Merchandiser & deputise for them in their absence. You will manage a team of Assistant Merchandisers & Merch Admins, working with them to mentor and provide support to ensure they deliver on daily tasks.
The way you'll work
You’ll be great at time management, prioritising your time and making sure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will solve problems; identifying areas to improve and lead the actions required. You’ll take ownership of your assigned celebs/categories and make sure everything is in place for each launch.

A bit about you
- Ideally, you will have worked in a fast fashion business or similar.
- You’ll enjoy the energy of a high-volume environment.
- You’ll be organised with sharp attention to detail.
- You’ll be analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly.
- You’ll have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
