Ownership for the planning and forecasting of assigned categories and ensuring stock holding is in line with agreed target , WSSI management and escalation of issues to management
Critical path management
You will take ownership of the Critical path for your area to ensure that the stock arrives in time for launch, proactively seeking solutions for any issues which may.
You will work closely with logistics & the warehouse team to ensure a smooth transition of stock from supplier to site.
Product performance
Review & monitor daily/weekly sales proactively making trading decisions such as rebuys, markdowns & promotional plans.
Work closely with other functions across the business to implement trading actions such as buying & marketing.
Range plans
Our products are critical to our success, you will work with our buying & design team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.
Team support
You will report directly into the Senior Merchandiser & deputise for them in their absence.
You will manage a team of Assistant Merchandisers & Merch Admins, working with them to mentor and provide support to ensure they deliver on daily tasks
