Location: North Yorkshire

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive QA Technologist to join a successful food manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the food safety, quality and compliance across site, ensuring products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of BRCGS Food Safety Standards and HACCP principles.
  • Qualified to at least Level 2 or 3 in Food Safety (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in documentation, auditing and maintaining accurate QA records.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Conducting internal audits, inspections and sampling to maintain compliance with BRCGS and HACCP requirements.
  • Monitoring raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Supporting the management of hygiene, traceability, allergen control, and CCP verification.
  • Maintaining and updating QA records and documentation.
  • Working collaboratively with Production, Technical and Warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement.

The successful Quality Assurance Auditor will be supporting third-party and customer audits to ensure site readiness and compliance.
