- Experience working as an Operations/Production Manager within food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and production facility.
- Delivering on key production metrics, including yield, wages, product waste, and service levels.
- Managing and motivating production supervisors and team leaders to meet production targets and efficiency goals.
- Ensuring staff are properly trained, compliant with company policies, and ready for the production floor.
- Handling disciplinary actions when required.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely production.
