This is a great opportunity for a HSE Advisor or H&S Coordinator to develop in a business that is number one in what they do. This is a brand-new role and offers progression for someone if they wish to develop in a business.
About You
- You will have a NEBOSH certificate and ideally a certificate in environmental.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- As HSE Advisor, you will have a strong character and resilience.
- Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.
- Experience working in H&S within food/FMCG manufacturing preferred but will consider other manufacturing.
What will you be doing?
- You will support the HSE Manager and keep all the policies and legislation up to date.
- Risk assessments, policies and audit training.
- Investigate, monitor and respond to H&S incidents and ensure corrective action is in place.
- As Health & Safety Coordinator, you will carry out internal audits and inspections for HSE.
- Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
