Overview

This is a brand-new position following a restructure within the technical team for a Quality Systems Co‐Ordinator. Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for all the quality systems and handling retailer requirements.

About You

  • Qualified to HACCP & Food Safety level 3 minimum.
  • Experience working within the food industry.
  • Past experience of writing technical specifications, QMS management/support and using ERP systems.
  • Educated to degree level in Food Science desirable.
  • Good organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The successful Quality Systems Co‐Ordinator will need experience of UK retailer standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Write and maintain QMS for the group.
  • Handle retailer requirements.
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach, aligning procedures across all sites.
  • Administer a robust system for the management of new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all internal and development data systems are updated and communicated in a timely manner.
