This is your opportunity as Site Operations Manager to work for a successful, growing food business.

About You

  • Experience working as an Operations/Production Manager within food or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude, with an ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and to respond quickly and effectively to the unexpected.
  • Open, honest and respectful approach to work, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and production facility.
  • Delivering on key production metrics, including yield, wages, product waste, and service levels.
  • Managing and motivating production supervisors and team leaders to meet production targets and efficiency goals.
  • Ensuring staff are properly trained, compliant with company policies, and ready for the production floor. Handling disciplinary actions when required.
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely production.
