About You: The Engineering Manager will have strong man-management skills leading an engineering team. Experience of automation, what it involves and process to improve. CI experience working cross-functionally with all departments. Experience as an Engineering Manager in a UK manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required for the successful Engineering Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage the engineering function across the manufacturing site.
- Sustain high standards of safety and compliance, while supporting the company growth and sustainability.
- Develop and implement the engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, develop and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Implement PPM and reduce downtime.
