What we're looking for

We're looking for a strong HR Advisor to be a key part in the HR team for one of our key clients. This role will be the key deputy for the HR Manager, being a pivotal part of the team ensuring the seamless service is met on a day‐to‐day basis. This is more than just an HR position - it's an opportunity to make a real impact. As HR Advisor, you'll take ownership of key processes, support decision‐making and help shape the employee experience.

About you...

As HR Advisor, you will ideally have 3 years' experience within a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing isn't essential but a nice to have) or in a similar role, with a CIPD qualification (Level 3) essential. This is an extremely fast‐paced environment where you will need to get off to start this role with impact. Experience working in this environment is essential.
