Overview: This is a great opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager or EHS Manager to develop in a business that has a state-of-the-art factory.
About You:
- NEBOSH qualified
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Have a strong character and resilience
- Confident to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level
- Have experience working as a H&S Manager within a food or FMCG manufacturer
What will you be doing?
- You will support the factory and office in all aspects of H&S
- Risk assessments, policies and audit training
- Promoting the best health, safety, and environment culture
- Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents, and ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities
- Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in
