About You

As the Technical Manager, you will have worked in a food manufacturing environment in a technical or quality leadership role. You hold relevant qualifications in food safety and quality (e.g. HACCP L3+, Food Safety, Food Science degree).

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the technical and quality standards on site — making sure everything meets standards and runs smoothly.
  • Getting the site ready for audits and taking the lead when they happen.
  • Supporting, developing, and motivating a small QA team.
  • Investigating complaints and non‑conformances and driving action to improve.
