This is a great opportunity for a H&S Coordinator or H&S Advisor to support the H&S Manager in developing the H&S within this business that has a state-of-the-art factory.

About You

  • NEBOSH certificate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong character and resilience.
  • Confidence to deal with people at all levels from the shop floor up to Director level.
  • Experience working as a H&S Coordinator within a food or FMCG manufacturer.

Responsibilities

  • Support the H&S Manager in all things H&S across the site.
  • Manage risk assessments, policies and audit training.
  • Promote the best health, safety, and environment culture.
  • Support the investigation of accidents and incidents, ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities.
  • Ensure that everyone is trained and any training needs are booked in.
