This role focuses on service, fault-finding and repairs, ensuring security systems remain fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Service and maintain intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems * Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs across multiple client sites * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Respond to reactive service calls and resolve system issues efficiently * Complete accurate service reports and documentation * Maintain strong customer relationships within high-end client environments
