We’re looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to take ownership of high-value security installation projects. You’ll lead site operations from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest technical and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate security installation projects valued up to £1M+, managing teams of engineers and technicians on-site.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to achieve programme, quality, and budget targets.
- Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to ensure compliance and installation accuracy.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design, installation, and commissioning issues.
- Supervise and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and documentation to maintain positive cash flow and quality outcomes.
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in security system installation and integration (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, VMS).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of cabling, networking, and commissioning of security systems.
- Confident managing subcontractors, site operations, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Lenel OnGuard, VMS platforms, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS) are advantageous.
