Job Title - Service Co-ordinator (Fire & Security)
Location - Manchester ( Trafford Park)
Salary up to - £27,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our high-performing Fire & Security team. You’ll be the crucial link between clients and field engineers—managing job allocations, maintenance schedules, and reactive call-outs to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Allocate reactive, planned, and installation jobs to engineers and subcontractors
- Coordinate revisits and scheduled maintenance
- Manage timesheets, client updates, and job tracking
- Maintain client portals and schedule performance reporting
- Raise POs, issue job packs, and support contract amendments
- Monitor KPIs and reduce job delays (WAIT info)
