About the Role
The Service Contracts Manager will oversee a portfolio of service contracts across the South of England, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and contract profitability. Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, you will drive performance, manage field engineers, and ensure compliance with operational and commercial standards. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical understanding of electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop service engineers to deliver exceptional service and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract performance, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and overall service delivery standards.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, small works, and efficient management of contract accounts.
- Conduct site audits, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to ISO and NSI standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance of allocated contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, risk assessments, and all company policies.
- Act as the escalation point for operational or client-related issues.

- Proven experience in service contract management, ideally within the security systems or building services sector.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent commercial and contractual understanding with a focus on profitability.
- Technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
