Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-million-pound smart building projects (£5m+). You’ll oversee complex programmes spanning ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS, IoT, and MSI services, driving operational excellence while mentoring a team of Project Managers. This role blends technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With the support of a PMO, you’ll focus on strategic oversight, client satisfaction, and seamless project execution.
What you’ll do:
- Lead high-value, multi-technology projects across London.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and risk management.
- Champion health, safety, and compliance across all sites.
- Build strong client relationships and act as senior escalation point.
- Leverage platforms like Monday.com and ExchangeIQ to drive efficiency and data-driven insights.
