We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join a leading security integrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, as well as proven experience in service works and remedial works.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
  • Perform service works including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Conduct system testing and provide basic user training
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide effective solutions
  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies while on site
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Day-to-day:

  • Service and configure security systems at client sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their security needs are met
  • Complete documentation for all service works
  • Travel to various locations for on-site service and remedial works
