Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

We\’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join a dynamic team and make some serious noise online. We\’ve teamed up with a fast-growing, creativity-fuelled brand!

• Creative freedom and space to experiment
• Monthly team socials and occasional surprise deliveries
• Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote options

What You\’ll Do:

• Own and grow our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads…
• Plan, create, and schedule thumb-stopping content that’s on-brand and on-trend
• Film, edit, post, repeat — you\’ll be the eyes, ears and voice of the brand
• Track what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next using insights & analytics
• Work with designers, writers, and marketers to launch killer campaigns
• Have 1-2 years experience in social (agency or brand side)
• Can write captions with personality and strategy in mind
• Are comfortable behind the camera and behind the scenes
• Know how to build communities, not just broadcast content
• Have a knack for staying ahead of trends!
