Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute smart, scalable SEO campaigns to drive organic growth
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page optimisations
  • Use data to shape strategy, spot trends, and inform next steps
  • Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive SEO strategies
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, traffic, and ROI
  • Keep up with algorithm updates and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve

Essential Skills:

  • Ideally agency experience
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, technical SEO, and link building strategies
  • Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Analytical mindset - you love turning numbers into stories and strategy
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website functionality
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and great at managing priorities
