What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software across the school’s systems.
• Supporting teachers, students, and staff with their IT needs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitoring and maintaining the school’s network and devices.
• Assisting in the deployment of new technology initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT support, ideally in an education setting.
• Knowledge of Windows-based systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a bonus!
