What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

- Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Optimize performance and ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, especially in Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II.
- Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Ant, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud.
